We ship worldwide. Unless made-to-order items, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee will be calculated upon checking out.

Parcels are shipped from Burnaby-BC, Canada via Canada Post. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate, including postal code and phone number to ensure your package arrives safely.

Bracelet Sizing Guide
Measuring your size when purchasing a stone bracelet can be tricky the first time. We don’t measure the bracelet end to end, since the size of the stones takes up inner space. Instead, we base the fit on your wrist or hand size, so we can adjust the inner circumference to fit you comfortably.
Here’s the guide:
1. Use a measuring tape or any cord/string.
2. Wrap it around the wrist where you plan to wear your bracelet (typically 6-7 cm up from your wrist).
3. Note the length where the tape meets the 0 mark, or use a ruler to measure the cord.
4. Select your size from the options.

Jewelry Care
Please keep your jewelry pieces in a sealed (air-tight), cool, dry place away from the sun and light, since the heat and light exposure can cause the colors to fade or the crystals to shatter. Types of stones that are sensitive to light are Quartz, Fluorite, Calcite, Aquamarine, Opal, Apatite, Unakite, etc.
Do not wear them to bed and bath (or swim). Avoid soaking them in water or harsh chemicals like perfume or lotion. We hope you will take extra care with these beautiful pieces to have them for a long time.
If you have jewelry (whether it is plated, metal, or sterling silver) that has already shown signs of tarnishing, simply use a silver polishing cloth to physically rub the tarnish off your piece. Here is the link to purchase one.
