With a passion for handmade crafts, I’ve always loved creating things with my hands since I was young. Born in Jakarta, Indonesia, I graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) major in Industrial Design from Limkokwing University in Malaysia. Constantly setting out into the world for inspiration and pouring my ideas into a diary, I turned my hobby into full-time biz. Thus 2012, the label “Tree Craft Diary” was born.
Like the branches of a lush tree, inspiration never comes to an end. Fast-forwarding to ten years, knowing that there is so much more to learn and techniques to unlock, I have decided to take a break and come to Canada to enroll in Jewellery Design program at LaSalle College Vancouver to upgrade my skills. To this day, I like to incorporate gems beading and metalsmithing techniques into my designs.
Particularly I believe that crystals hold magic and can uplift your everyday mood with their individual spiritual quality that is attached to them. By utilizing one of the earth elements – gemstones, Tree Craft Diary emphasizes their natural characteristics, embraces the fusion of fashion and nature, focusing on visuals and colors to create charming jewelry for individuals who adore unique contemporary style with a sense of wonder.
Most of my creations are one-of-a-kind or made in limited pieces. I believe the unusual beauties speak for themselves. No matter how simple a bracelet is crafted or how a statement necklace is designed, by pairing them with your outfit, they will utterly zest up your style!
