Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide. Unless made to order items, orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. The shipping fee will be calculated upon checking out.
☆ FREE SHIPPING across Canada & USA for orders over CA $100.

Parcels are shipped from Burnaby BC, Canada mostly via Canada Post. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate, including postal code and phone number to ensure your package arrives safely.

International customers are responsible for all fees, taxes, and duties/customs charges associated with shipping to their respective countries. Use this Import Duty Calculator to estimate your tax and duties.

How to Get Free Shipping from Canada to Indonesia

1. Place your order through the webstore; you should see the price in IDR if you’re based in Indonesia. Alternatively you may also order via IG DM, Line, or Whatsapp.
2. Payment will be made via BCA bank transfer in IDR.
3. We will gather orders from Indonesia and ship everything at once to our address in Jakarta.
4. Once the package arrives, our team will repack all orders and send them to your address.
5. This will take around 6-8 weeks to receive your order, but you do not need to pay for shipping and import tax.
6. Do not worry as we will keep you updated on the status once it’s been dispatched 🙂

If you prefer to receive your package sooner, you may place your order from the webstore and select ‘Small Packet International Air’ as the shipping method. We will ship your order ASAP, and it usually takes around 2 weeks to deliver right to your door.
FYI. There would be no tracking number provided, and you might need to pay for the import tax.

Selecting Bracelet size

Measuring the size when purchasing a stone bracelet might be tricky for the first time. While we don’t count the bracelet length end to end (because stone sizes eat up inner spaces), but according to your wrist/hand size so we can adjust the inner circumference that fits you.

Here’s the guide:
1. Use a tape measure or any cord
2. Wrap it around the wrist on which you plan to wear your bracelet (usually 6-7 cm from your wrist)
3. Make a note of the number at the point where the tape meets the 0 / use a ruler to measure the length of the cord
4. Select your size from the options given

Jewelry Care

Please keep your jewelry pieces in a sealed (air-tight), cool, dry place away from the sun and light, since the heat and light exposure can cause the colors to fade or the crystals to shatter. Types of stones that are sensitive to light are Quartz, Fluorite, Calcite, Aquamarine, Opal, Apatite, Unakite, etc.

Do not wear them to bed and bath (or swim). Avoid soaking them in water or harsh chemicals like perfume or lotion. We hope you would take extra care with these beautiful pieces to have them for a long time.

If you have jewelry (whether it is plated, metal, or sterling silver) that has already shown signs of tarnishing, simply use a silver polishing cloth to physically rub tarnishing off your piece. Here is the link to purchase one.

Refund Policy

We want you to have an excellent shopping experience with Tree Craft Diary.

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. If it is postmarked within 14 days of receiving it and returned in the same condition it was shipped, you will be refunded the full price of the item, or we can offer an exchange with another item. Regrettably, neither the original shipping cost nor your return shipping cost is refundable.

In such a case, please get in touch with us before returning an item.

FYI. Sometimes the imperfections you see in natural stones are not uncommon. In fact, it’s rare to see a piece of gem that is completely impeccable and unblemished. Their uniqueness can result from anything from heat, pressure, mineral makeup, volcanic activity or time.
